Overview

The Airgas SL120320 is an electronically operated Smart Logic fully automatic changeover manifold for high-purity gas service that automates switching between gas sources. It provides digital inlet and outlet pressure readouts, a color touch-screen interface, and supports both high-pressure cylinders and low-pressure cryogenic containers. The manifold operates across a 25–200 psig delivery range and is available with brass high-purity components with stainless steel as an option.
