Honeywell Home Zone Control Panels

Overview

The Honeywell Home Intrusion VISTA-21IPLT is a hybrid security control panel designed for expandable zone coverage in residential and light commercial intrusion detection systems. Built to support up to 8 zones with expansion capability, this panel serves as the central hub for managing sensors, keypads, and peripheral security devices. Licensed alarm installation technicians and low-voltage security contractors are the primary installers. The VISTA-21IPLT integrates traditional hardwired zone inputs with IP-based communication, making it well suited for systems that require both local detection and remote monitoring connectivity. This control panel is appropriate for residential installations and small commercial applications where a hybrid approach to wired and networked security is required. It supports a typical installation scenario involving door and window contacts, motion detectors, glass break sensors, and keypad interfaces. The panel is intended for professional installation by licensed low-voltage or alarm contractors and is commonly deployed in new construction as well as retrofit security upgrades where IP communication capability is needed alongside conventional zone wiring.
