Overview

The Hydrolevel 500 is a 24 VAC manual-reset low water cut-off (LWCO) designed for hot water and steam boilers. It interrupts burner power immediately on low-water conditions, locks out the burner if water remains below the probe for 30 seconds, and provides a test button and LED indicator for verification. The unit uses an SPDT contact rated 50 VA and mounts via a 3/4 inch threaded connection, meeting UL and ASME CSD-1 standards.
