Spacepak Distribution Boxes

Overview

The SPACEPAK AC-IKLT-5 is an air distribution installation kit designed for high-velocity HVAC systems. It contains the hardware needed to complete five outlet connections in a SpacePak air distribution assembly. The kit ships with sound-attenuating tubes, kwik connect fittings, balancing orifice sets, terminator plates, and winter supply air shut-offs. Licensed HVAC technicians working on high-velocity small-duct systems will find all five-outlet connection components consolidated in one package, reducing job-site sourcing time and ensuring component compatibility across the outlet assembly. This kit is intended for use in residential and light commercial high-velocity, small-duct central air systems. It supports new installations and retrofit applications where five outlet connections are being completed simultaneously. The balancing orifice sets included cover 15 percent, 35 percent, and 50 percent flow rates, allowing the technician to tune airflow at each outlet to match the design load for each conditioned space. Winter supply air shut-offs are included to allow seasonal closure of individual outlets when needed. Key Features Covers five complete outlet connections in a single kit Sound-attenuating tubes with kwik connects reduce noise transmission at each outlet Three-rate balancing orifice sets (15 percent, 35 percent, 50 percent) allow precise airflow balancing per outlet Terminator plates include clips and screws for secure, finished installation Winter supply air…
