Overview

The TITAN PRO TRCF70 is a single-capacitance, round motor run capacitor rated at 70 microfarads (MFD) and 440 volts, built for continuous-duty operation in HVAC equipment. Constructed from drawn steel, the TRCF70 measures 2-3/8 inches in diameter by 4-5/16 inches in height. It uses non-PCB biodegradable synthetic oil and includes a physical interrupter for safety. Life-tested at 120 percent of rated voltage at 85 degrees F for 1,000 continuous hours and cycle-tested at 140 percent of rated voltage at 85 degrees F for 100,000 cycles, this capacitor is built to meet the demands of field-replacement work performed by licensed HVAC technicians. The TRCF70 is suited for residential and light-commercial HVAC applications, including furnace blower motors and condenser fan motors on air conditioning and refrigerant compressor systems.
