York Rollout Switches

Overview

The SOURCE1 2526392011 is a rollout control switch designed for use in air conditioners, heat pumps, and a wide range of HVAC systems. This single-pole single-throw (SPST) safety switch monitors burner flame rollout and shuts down the system when heat exceeds safe limits. It opens at 225 degrees Fahrenheit and closes at 145 degrees Fahrenheit, providing a reliable thermal cutoff that protects heat exchangers, wiring, and surrounding components from damage caused by excessive heat. Rollout switches like this one are a critical safety component in gas furnaces and heating systems. When burners flame out beyond their intended chamber, the rollout switch detects the abnormal temperature rise and breaks the control circuit, cutting off the gas valve or ignition system before serious damage or fire hazard occurs. HVAC technicians rely on rollout controls during routine maintenance checks, emergency service calls, and system replacements. This SOURCE1 part is a genuine OEM-quality component built to meet the exact specifications of the original equipment. It is a direct fit for several popular York and compatible models including T05ZEN10A1AAA4, Y23AC04Q3OBABL, and Z34AE15C8IDGBI0001. With precise open and close temperature thresholds, this switch helps maintain system efficiency and extends the service life of the overall HVAC unit. The compact form factor measures 5.65 inches in length, 3.9 inches in width, and 1.25 inches in height, making it easy to install in tight equipment…
