Bradford White Standard Gas Boilers

Overview

The BRADFORD WHITE BW-RE340T6 is a tall-format residential electric water heater with a 40-gallon tank and 240-volt operation. Designed for whole-home domestic hot water supply, this unit mounts vertically and connects to a standard 240-volt dedicated circuit. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians install this heater in utility rooms, basements, and mechanical closets as a direct replacement or new-construction install. The tall configuration suits applications where floor space is limited but vertical clearance is available. This water heater is suited for residential applications requiring a mid-capacity storage tank. At 40 gallons, it serves households with moderate to high daily hot water demand. The 240-volt electric design eliminates the need for gas supply lines or venting, making it a practical choice for all-electric homes, apartments, and retrofit installations where gas service is unavailable or impractical.
