Overview

The NIBCO NL2I006 is a non-rising stem gate valve designed for isolation service in plumbing and mechanical piping systems. Built with a bronze body and a union bonnet, the valve handles a 1/2-inch threaded pipe connection and is rated to a 300 PSI pressure class. The alloy solid wedge disc provides reliable shutoff and long service life in both hot and cold water applications. This valve is installed by licensed plumbers and mechanical contractors wherever a compact, full-bore shutoff is needed in a threaded bronze piping system. Typical applications include residential and light commercial plumbing, hydronic heating systems, and general water distribution where threaded bronze valves are specified.
