Whirlpool Shower Floors

Overview

The WHIRLPOOL AST108-WH-UM is an acrylic undermount air bath tub finished in white and sized at 72 x 48.25 inches. Air bath units use pressurized air jets to deliver a full-body hydrotherapy experience distinct from traditional whirlpool circulation. This model is designed for undermount installation, meaning the deck or surround is built over the tub rim for a clean, finished appearance. Plumbers and finish carpenters typically collaborate on the rough-in, framing, and final trim work required for this installation type. This tub is suited for residential master bathroom applications where a large-format soaking and air therapy fixture is specified. The 72 x 48.25 inch footprint accommodates two occupants and fits standard alcove or open-floor plan configurations that have been framed to the appropriate rough opening. The white acrylic finish is a standard color selection compatible with common fixture and tile palettes in residential builds and remodels.
