Coversafe Cover Reels

Overview

The COVERSAFE c5125 PowerFlex Detachable Rope with Semi-Rigid Tab is a replacement drive rope designed for automatic pool cover systems. At 125 feet in length, it accommodates larger and custom pool configurations where standard-length ropes fall short. The PowerFlex construction delivers a combination of tensile strength and flexibility, reducing the risk of kinking or fatigue during repeated cover cycles. The semi-rigid tab provides a positive, secure connection at the attachment point. Pool service technicians and cover installers use this rope as a direct replacement when the existing rope shows wear, stretching, or UV degradation. This rope is used in automatic pool cover systems requiring a detachable rope configuration. The 125-foot length suits residential and commercial pools with extended track runs or non-standard geometry. It is built to resist stretching, UV exposure, and pool chemical contact, making it appropriate for year-round outdoor installation. Installers working on larger deck-vault or recessed-housing cover systems will find the added length reduces the need for field splicing.
