Rain Bird Pool & Spa Flow Meters

Overview

The RAIN BIRD a37461 is a 6-inch pop-up spray head from the RD1800 series, designed for residential and commercial irrigation systems. It features a built-in 45 PSI stainless steel pressure regulator that maintains consistent flow and protects downstream components from pressure spikes. The head incorporates Flow-Shield technology, which uses a black cap to help technicians quickly identify and troubleshoot flow-related issues in the field. Installation is handled by irrigation technicians and qualified landscaping professionals. This spray head is suited for turf and landscape irrigation zones where pressure regulation at the head is required. The 6-inch pop-up height makes it appropriate for taller ground cover or turf applications where a standard 4-inch head would not achieve adequate coverage. The stainless steel regulator resists corrosion in both high-mineral and reclaimed water environments. The black Flow-Shield cap provides a visual indicator that distinguishes regulated heads from non-regulated heads within the same zone or system.
