About this product
IntegraRack IR-T1 TileBallast Solar Module Roof Mount | 10 Pack
The IR-T1 TileBallast System is a revolutionary tile roof hook that requires no tile removal or roof penetration. This system is designed for speed and strength, making it 4x faster to install than traditional tile roof hooks. Utilizing IntegraGel Fast Setting Industrial Strength Epoxy (not included), the IR-T1 enhances the overall strength of the roof structure.
Tested at the George E. Boeing Aeronautics Department Wind Tunnel, the IR-T1 can withstand wind speeds of over 165 MPH with a 3:1 safety factor, making it one of the most thoroughly tested solar roof mounting brackets available. One tube of IntegraGel Epoxy can be used for up to ten mounts.
The IR-T1 features a strong, integrated upright mount compatible with any rail system, allowing for quick and easy installations. This non-invasive system reduces fatigue for installers on large projects and is favored by homeowners who are concerned about potential leaks.
- Compatible with most styles of concrete roof tiles with a minimum thickness of 1.25 inches and spacing between 11.75-15.5 inches. Recommended for use with concrete roof tiles only.
- Conforms to UL 2703 Mechanical and Bonding requirements.
- Aeronautical wind tunnel tested at 165 MPH with a 3:1 safety factor.
- No roof penetration or tile removal required.
- Installation is 4x faster than traditional methods.
- Suitable for use with all rail systems.
- Integrated Flex Point to prevent bolt tension from cracking tiles.
